Everything you need to know about booking, cancellations and what to expect from your appointment.
To keep things fair for all clients and to make the most of available appointment slots, I ask that you give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel, reschedule or make any changes to your appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice, and missed appointments without prior contact, will be charged at the full session rate.
If something unexpected comes up, please get in touch as soon as possible — the sooner you let me know, the more likely I'll be able to find a solution.
Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing to your session. You're welcome to undress to your level of comfort — you'll be properly covered with towels throughout the treatment. Undergarments should be kept on, and you're welcome to wear sports shorts during your session.
For female clients: if your treatment focuses on the back of your body while lying face down, you're welcome to remove your bra for comfort and access — but only if you feel comfortable doing so. If you're unsure, feel free to ask at any point before or during your session.
It's normal to feel a little sore or tired after your massage, especially if it's been a while since your last session or if we've worked across multiple areas. Any discomfort is usually short-lived — typically fading within 24 to 48 hours.
Drink plenty of water after your session to help your body recover and flush out any toxins released during the massage.
I currently accept cash and bank transfer. A detailed receipt can be provided on request if you wish to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
